Ingredients
Pkg of pre-made meatballs
2T cornstarch
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 c water
1/4 c brown sugar
20 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
Preparation
line 13x9" cassarole dish with foil and add meatballs. Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes. While baking make the sauce: Add all ingredients into saucepan and heat until sauce is boiling and thick. Add peppers and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 20 more minutes or until bubblely. Serve over rice and enjoy.
