Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs or drumsticks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 TBSP ketchup
1/2 TBSP soy sauce
1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
1 TBSP water
Preparation
Arrange chicken pieces in casserole dish.
Mix next 5 ingredients together in saucepan or microwave safe measuring cup. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into saucepan or measuring cup, and heat while stirring until it boils and thickens.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 and 1/4 hour until tender.
