Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled

4 large onions, thinly sliced

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup white vinegar

2 - 15-ounce cans butter beans, drained

1 - 1-pound can lima beans, drained

1 can dark red kidney beans, drained

1 - 1-pound 11-ounce can pork and beans, do NOT drain

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Place onions in a large skillet. Add brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar. Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine beans, bacon and onion mixture in a 3-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
