Ingredients
Firngerling potatos of roghly the same size, washed and dried. You about a good handful per person (at least!),
Your favorite honey,
good quality Olive oil,
Salt & pepper,
The herb combination, fresh or dried, that works for you, your guests, and the main dish. My Green Grocer has a great Herb de Provence mix that I rely on.
Preparation
- Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper,
- spread them on a baking pan or sheet,
- drizzle lightly with the honey,
- roast until done in a hot oven,
- serve hot,
- expect applause.
