Ingredients

Firngerling potatos of roghly the same size, washed and dried. You about a good handful per person (at least!),

Your favorite honey,

good quality Olive oil,

Salt & pepper,

The herb combination, fresh or dried, that works for you, your guests, and the main dish. My Green Grocer has a great Herb de Provence mix that I rely on.

Preparation

  1. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper,
  2. spread them on a baking pan or sheet,
  3. drizzle lightly with the honey,
  4. roast until done in a hot oven,
  5. serve hot,
  6. expect applause.
