Ingredients

2 tbs butter

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp salt

2 large sweet potatoes

3 cups fish stock

2 bay leaves

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk

12 oz salmon

1 1/2 tsp lime juice

1tsp cloves

1tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Sweat the onions in the butter for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and salt and saute for 1 minute. Add the sweet potatoes, fish stock and bay leaves. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves. Whisk together sour cream and soy milk. Add the rest of the ingredients to pot and cook for 8 - 10 more minutes.
