Ingredients
1 bag prepackaged cabbage coleslaw
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
2 celery stalks, diced
4 green onions (white & green), chopped
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vinegard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
Combine dry (first 5) ingredients in a large bowl. In separate small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients for the dressing. Fold the dressing into the large bowl of cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste.
