Ingredients

2 Large Eggs

3/4 cup evaporated milk

2 cups canned cream style corn

2 Tbsp butter, melted

3 Tbsp brown sugar

3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp bourbon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Butter an 8 inch square baking dish
  3. Whisk together the eggs & milk
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish
  6. Bake 45 min or until lightly browned
  7. Serve warm
