1 pound shelled walnuts
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
In a 2 quart round glass casserole, microwave nuts in high setting for 6 minutes, stopping at 2 minutes intervals to stir nuts. Melt butter in small glass custard cup by microwaving for 45 seconds at 50% power. Stir melted butter into nuts until butter has coated nuts. Mix sugar and spices together and stir into nuts.
