2 CUPS PECAN HALVES 2 TBS BUTTER, MELTED 1 TBS SUGAR 1/2 TSP GROUND CUMIN 1/2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1/4 TSP DRIED CRUSHED RED PEPPER
1/8 TSP SALT
Preparation
Toss pecans in butter. Combin sugar and remaining ingredients; sprinkle over pecans, tossing to coat. Spread on a baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes, stirring pccasionally. Cool.
