Ingredients

• 2 cans of yellow corn

• ½ yellow onion

• ½ jalapeno

• Cayenne pepper

• Black pepper

• Salt

• Brown sugar

• Butter

Preparation

Place butter in a skillet and add thinly sliced onions and diced (really small) jalapenos until somewhat caramelized. Drain corn and add to the skillet with a little more butter and salt, pepper and a little bit of cayenne pepper. Stir and add a little bit of brown sugar to taste. Cook on low.
