Ingredients

cup chopped red bell pepper

seedless orange, peeled, chopped

small pear, unpeeled, chopped

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons orange juice

cup honey

chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 11-oz. can), finely chopped

tablespoons adobo sauce from chipotle chile can

boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Set aside.

In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1 tablespoon glaze. Brush half of remaining glaze over 1 side of each chicken breast half; place on broiler pan, glaze side up.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining glaze. Cook an additional 4 to 7 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. Drizzle chicken with reserved 1 tablespoon glaze. To serve, spoon salsa over chicken.
