Ingredients

2 Tbls Extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp Finely minced garlic

1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 Cup cider vinegar

1/8 Cup worcestershire sauce

1 Cup ketchup

3/4 Cup brown sugar

1/4 Cup molasses

1/2 Cup brewed coffee

1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan over med-low heat, sweat garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer over med-low heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened - approx 30 minutes. Store sauce in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
