2 slabs of baby back ribs

BBQ SAUCE:
1 C. WATER
1 STICK OF MARGERINE
2 TBS. LEMON JUICE
1/4 C. DRY MUSTARD
1/4 C. CHILI POWDER
1 C. BROWN SUGAR
2 TBS. PAPRIKA
2 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. ONION POWDER
1 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP. CAYENNE PEPPER
1 TBS. RED PEPPER FLAKES
1/2 C. KETCHUP
Preparation
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN PAN AND BRING TO A BOIL. SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES,TILT LID ON PAN BECAUSE IT WILL SPLATTER. WHILE SAUCE IS COOKING PLACE RIBS ON BROILER PAN AND COVER TIGHTLY AND BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. REMOVE FOIL AND SET OVEN TO BROIL. DAB BBQ SAUCE ON RIBS WITH A BRUSH (THICK) AND BROIL FOR 15 MINUTES. TURN RIBS OVER CAREFULLY WITH 2 PAIR OF TONGS AND REPEAT FOR OTHER SIDE. THEY ARE DELICIOUS AND FALL OFF THE BONE.
