Ingredients
Marinade and Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup melted butter
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Whole Salmon, cleaned and deheaded
1 lemon, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
Preparation
Slowly wisk together marinade ingredients over low heat for 3 minutes, set aside.
Reserve 1/4 of the marinade for later, to be used as a finishing sauce.
Marinade salmon in remaining marinade for 2 hours.
Wrap salmon in tinfoil with marinade and lemon slices (on top of salmon) and grill until done, or internal temp. of salmon reaches at least *145.
To serve, drizzle remaining sauce over fish or set aside on table.
Serve with rice and grilled asparagus
