Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork (cubed) or pork chops
Flour
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 jar Kraft BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 jar peach perserves
Preparation
Coat mean in seasoned flour. Brown in oil. Add the BBQ sauce, vinegar and water. Cover and simmer one hour. Add peach preserves for the last 15 minutes.
