Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 med size onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
one prepackaged beef kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-2 in chunks
Preparation
In a skillet or crock pot, add onion, peppers, and kilebasa sausage. Combine water, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar and stir well. Pour over ingredients in skillet. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are desired doneness.
May be served over steamed rice, or stacked on a toothpick as an hors d’oeuvre.
