Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 

1/2 cup orange marmalade 

1/3 cup ketchup 

1/2 cup apple-cider vinegar 

6 tablespoons sugar 

1 tablespoon cornstarch 

2 teaspoons soy sauce 

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 

1/4 teaspoon coarse salt 

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, whisk to combine all ingredients. Place over medium heat, and bring to a boil, whisking occasionally. Boil until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Remove from heat, and cool before serving.
