Ingredients

3/4 cup pineapple juice

1 1/2 TBS cornstarch

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 vinegar

4 tsp ketchup

1 tsp salt

Preparation

in saucepan, stir together pineapple juice and cornstarch until smooth. stir in remaining ingredients. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil. Let boil one minute, until sauce clears and thickens.
