Ingredients
1 Pkg Ekrich Skinless Smoked Sausage
3-4 cups (good) Apple Juice
1 bag Pretzel (thin) sticks
Preparation
Cut smoked sausage into 1 inch pieces. Put into large skillet and pour apple juice over until meat is completely covered.
Put on medium high heat and let simmer uncovered until liquid has reduced to a sticky syrup. (about 30 minutes)
Put sausages on to serving plate and pierce each piece with a pretzel thin as if it is a toothpick.
