Ingredients
16 oz package of rigatoni, cooked
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/3-1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
a handful of julienned sundried tomatoes
8 oz shredded parmesan
4 tsp fresh basil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and chill in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight.
