Ingredients
1 gallon jar of kosher dill pickles
3 lbs sugar
3/4 bottle of tabasco
1 clove garlic
Preparation
Buy 1 gallon jar of kosher dill pickles (I buy the cheapest brand I can get since you’re going to alter them anyways), cut pickles into chunks. Pour off brine and save 1/2 of it. Mix 3 lbs. sugar in kettle, 3/4 bottle of small tabasco, 1 clove garlic minced and boil all with the 1/2 brine. Pour on pickles in the same jar. Cool. Refrigerate until cold and then eat.
