Ingredients
2 tsp beef buillon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 pork roast
Sweet mustard sauce:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 T evaporated milk
1 T flour
1 T cider vinegar
Preparation
Dissolve first four ingredients in 2 cups of hot water. Pour over roast and cover. Cook at 250 for 10-12 hours. Check roast several times during the cooking process and baste. Turn roast approximately 1/2 way done (6 hours). May want to break up meat and let cook in juices.
