Ingredients
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. sugar
3/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 C. blueberries, optional
Preparation
Beat eggs. Add 1 C milk, salt, butter, flour and baking powder. Stir into smooth batter. Add remaining 1/2 C. milk and bake on med. hot griddle in thin pancakes. Serve with fruit or roll up with butter and sugar.
