Ingredients

1 and 1/3 CUPS of Flour

3 TB Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

3 Eggs

2 CUPS Milk

2 TB softened or melted

Butter.

Preparation

Mix ingredients into a bowl. Make sure all lumps are gone. Heat up the griddle or pan until hot. Spoon mixture onto the hot surface, and cook until done.

These pancakes are thinner than the typical American pancakes. It takes some practice to discover your own style and amount of cooking needed. Some may like them lightly cooked, some may like them well done.
