Ingredients
2 eggs-beat well
1/2 c sugar
1/4 t salt
1 c flour
2 c milk
(Add 1/2 of the milk and then stir the mixture until it’s smooth. DO NOT OVERBEAT! Add the rest of the milk.)
Preparation
Heat griddle, butter surface add about 1/3 c of batter. Cook til top bubbles; turn with knife spatula. Serve with lingonberries, strawberries, or syrup.
Lingonberries: 1 pint lingonberries 1 c water 2 c sugar stick of cinnamon Boil for 20-45 minutes. Makes a heavy syrup.
