Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup minced onion

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Mix beef, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, worcestershire, egg and milk. Refrigerate 2 hours. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoons into balls. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil. Add cup of beef broth, cover and simmer until done. Remove meatballs and make gravy with pan drippings.
