Ingredients
1# Ground Beef
1/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg slightly beaten
2 TBS chopped parsley
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 soup an water
3 TBS minced dill pickles
Preparation
Mix beef, crumbs,onion, egg, parsley and 1 TBS minced pickle. Shape into meat balls appx. 1" in diameter. In skillet, brown meatballs-pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water & the rest of the pickles. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. stir often. Great as an appetizer or over egg noodles as a main course
