Ingredients

3 cups hot brewed lingonberry tea (3 tea bags)

1-1/2 cups hot brewed hibiscus tea (made w/1 tea bag)

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup raisins

1/3 cup blueberries

1/3 cup raspberries

1/3 cup fresh lingonberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Pour hot teas & sugar into heatproof pitcher, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  2. Gently stir in raisins, blueberries, raspberries, & lingonberries.
  3. Pour into pop molds, insert stick, freeze 8 hours.
  4. Remove freezer, let stand 5 minutes room temperature.
