Ingredients
For Cake Dough:
5 eggs
2 tbs of unsalted butter
1 cup of milk
1.5 cups of sugar
1.5 cups of chocolate powder
2 cups of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tbs of dry yeast
For Chocolate Ganache:
1 bar (500 gr) of dark chocolate
1 bar (500 gr) of milk chocolate
2.5 cups of table cream
Preparation
Cake Dough: Mix all ingredients in the order they were described until they become a smooth dough. Spread the dough in a pan daubed with butter and flour and bake in high temperature until ready.
Chocolate Ganache: Melt both chocolate bars in low temperature. Add in the table cream and keep stirring until ready. Use it to fill in and cover the cake once it gets colder.
