Ingredients
2 Bunches of Italian Parslely
1 Bunch of Mint
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Bunch of Green Onions (5-6 springs)
2 Persian Cucumbers
4 Tomatoes
1/2 cup or 1 cup (your choice) of Bulger Wheat (#1 Fine) cooked.
3 Lemons
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Chop in very, very small parts, bell pepper, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes and place into large bowl. Add tabouli, juice of lemons and eyeball olive oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and serve with romaine or ice berg lettuce…enjoy!!!
