Ingredients

1 Stick Butter

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Cup Flour

1/2-3/4 Cup Chopped Almonds

1/2-3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Cream the sugar, butter, and vanilla
  3. Mix in flour, almonds, and chocolate chips until the dough comes together
  4. Roll cookies into small (1/2inch) balls and place on nonstick baking sheet or parchment paper
  5. Cook 20-25 minutes, until bottoms are golden brown
  6. When cookies cool, roll in confectioners sugar. Roll when slightly warm to get a good initial layer, then roll again when completely cool to get a better dusting
