                        can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust

cup pizza sauce

1

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4

cup thinly sliced red onion

1/4

cup sliced green bell pepper

1

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

1/2

cup (2 oz) sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Spray 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Heat oven to 400°F (425°F for all other pan types). Unroll dough on pan. Starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper and cheese. Top with pepperoni.

Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until bottom of crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.
