Ingredients

1 package (about 450 g) spicy Italian sausage, uncooked

1 red pepper, chopped

2 cans (425 g each) Chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs

1/2 can (340 mL) spicy red pepper pasta sauce, or for less sauce, 2 tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper

Preparation

Spray large frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Chop sausage into 1/2-inch (1-cm) wide rounds and add to frying pan.

Sauté sausage and pepper over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add cans of Chef spaghetti and meatballs and pasta sauce (or cayenne pepper if not using the pasta sauce). Heat through (about 3 to 4 minutes) and serve.
