Ingredients
3 small to medium size chicken breasts - boiled
2 8 oz blocks of room temp cream cheese (the low fat kind works just as well)
1 cup of Franks Original Red Hot Sauce*
1 cup Blue Cheese salad dressing
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (hold back a bit to garnish the dish if desired)
Preparation
Cube and slightly shred the chicken. Heat the two blocks of cream cheese in a saucepan to soften. Add the Hot Sauce and Blue Cheese and stir until blended. Add the chicken and cheddar cheese and mix well. Pour into a oven safe casserole dish and heat until bubbly (350°)
- about 10/15 minutes. Enjoy with celery sticks, carrots or Corn Chip Scoops and FRIENDS!
