Slices of smoked salmon

2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise

1 Tomato

1/2 an avocado

2 slices of bakery style rye bread

pinch of salt

Preparation

Avocado-Mayo Spread

  1. Cut the avocado in half and use only half of it. Smash the avocado using a fork or potato masher.
  2. Scoop about two spoonfuls of mayo in a bowl, and combine the smashed avocado. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir until it is smooth and spreadable. Set aside. Prep for sandwich:
  4. Cut two thin slices of a tomato.
  5. Toast the bread slices, and get spread, tomato slices and the smoked salmon. Assemble and eat!
