Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 garlic clove crushed or minced

-Salt and Pepper

4 BIG Portabello Mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed

Preparation

Mix together marinade ingredients. place musrooms face up in a dish and cover with marinade. let stand for 20-40 minutes. place face up on indirect Grill-rack for 20 minutes at medium temp. Remove and return to marinade dish and let stand for 3-5 minutes. Serve.
