(1-lb.) pkg. creamy cheddar frozen vegetables with pasta

hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/4
cup water
1/4
cup salsa, if desired
Large tortilla chips
Preparation
In large skillet, combine frozen vegetables with pasta, hot dogs and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Spoon vegetables with pasta mixture onto serving platter; top with salsa. Arrange chips around edges.
