1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup milk

1 cup of hot “Swiss White Chocolate Coffee” (from General Foods International Coffees, made per directions)

Of the wet ingredients, add the oil, milk and coffee to the dry mixture and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the vanilla and the two eggs and blend for 2 more minutes. Pour equal amounts of batter into each cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick at the 25 minute mark.
