Ingredients

1 can of pumpkin

1 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour

1 cup of no sugar added applesauce

1/4 cup of honey

2 eggs

3/4 t salt

1/4 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t nutmeg

4 T wheat germ

2 T craisins

2 T pumpkin seeds

2 T sunflower seeds

4 T whole rolled oats

1 cup of golden raisins

Preparation

Mix all together and bake in sprayed muffin pan at 325 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins. Muffins are 177 calories each and 4.5 grams of fiber each.
