Ingredients

Two handfuls of cooked and chilled fiddleheads.

handful of chickpeas

1/5cup of crumbled goat cheese

two tbsps of slightly chopped parsley leaves

klamata olives (about 6, sliced in half)

two button mushrooms, sliced

3 chicken strips, cooked and cut into 3-4 pieces each

Olive oil

Preparation

Cook fiddleheads and cool in fridge. Cook chicken strips to desired doneness Mix all ingredients together and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
