Ingredients

2 packages of chopped kale (or the equivalent unchopped. It wilts a lot)

1 pound spicy chicken or turkey sausage, cut into bit size pieces

2 cans cannellini beans, drained

Preparation

  1. Warm olive oil and chopped garlic in a large, wide pot
  2. Wilt greens just enough to fit them into the pot
  3. Add sausage and cook until the sausage is done
  4. Add beans and warm
  5. Serve!
