Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
any type of jelly that you like
Preparation
Mix peanut butter, egg, and sugar. Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet. Take a small spoon, I use a 1/4 teaspoon. Dip the back in sugar, and make an indent in the cookie. Then spoon in your favorite jelly, just slightly over the edge of the hole you made. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 11-13 minutes.
