Ingredients
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon (with sea salt), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 can water chesnuts
Preparation
COOK bacon in nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 min. or until browned, stirring frequently.
MIX mayo, marmalade and vinegar in large bowl. Add bacon and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
Special Extra Add 1/4 cup dried cranberries and/or sunflower seeds to salad before refrigerating.
