Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak, scored

3/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup oil

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup prepared mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire

1 tablespoon onion flakes

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

2 dashes of hot sauce

Preparation

After mixing the ingredients together and scoring the steak, marinate the steak in all ingredients for 24 hours. Grill 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally. Serve hot or cold.
