Ingredients
4 ounces aged rum, such as Cruzan Single Barrel Estate
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Shaken Simple Syrup
1/4 ounce Homemade Grenadine
2 egg whites
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, juice, simple syrup, grenadine, and egg whites; shake well. Strain into 2 chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish each with a cherry.
