Ingredients

1 bag sun dried tomatos 1 oz

24 Kalamata olives pitted

1 Tbls Tomato paste

4 Anchovies filets

12 Capers

1 Tbls Oregano fresh

1/4 Cup Olive oil

Sal to taste

Pepper to taste

1 Tbls Balsamic vinager

Preparation

Poach in hot water the sun dried tomatos for 30 min until tender Put all ingredients in a food processor and process just before it becomes a paste.

Serve cold
