Ingredients

1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened

1 - cup of mayo

1/8 cup of finely chopped onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 oz. of oil packed sundried tomatoes, drained & chopped

1/3 cup of roasted red peppers, drained & chopped

4 cups of shredded mozzarella or six cheese Italian blend

1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

Preparation

Blend the first 7 ingredients together until well combined. Add 1/4 cup of parmesan to mixture and blend. Place in a heat proof baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan on top. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
