Ingredients

12 Wedges of Sundown Foods Roasted Tomatoes

12 Leaves of Fresh Basil

12 Squares(1 to 1 1/2 inch) of Mozzarella Cheese

12 Sourdough Flatbread Cracker or similar

Salt and Pepper to Taste

12 Dashes of Balsamic Vinegar

12 Dashes of Olive Oil (optional). Note: The Sundown Roasted Tomatoes already have oil, so use discretion.

Preparation

Assemble crackers laid out on a large serving plate. Add one piece of cheese on top of each cracker, then add basil leaf and Sundown Roasted Tomatoes. When 12 stacks are complete, add oil/vinegar and salt/pepper. Serve immediately.
