Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

1 can chicken gumbo soup or celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/4 c. uncooked rice

1 1/2 cans water

1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper, opt.

1 Tbsp. chopped pimento

Accent (opt.)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the chicken and onion soup mix in 9x13x2" pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/4 package of onion soup mix over other mixed ingredients. Arrange raw chicken on top. Sprinkle with Accent and rest of onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees or higher.
