Ingredients
1/2 of a Rotisserie Chicken
1 medium sized apple
1 lemon
1-2 Tbsp of flax seeds (as you like)
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped thyme
2 Tbsp. of Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Skin and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Core and chop apple into 1/4 in cubes.
In a medium to large bowl, combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with warm pita, lettuce, parsley and radishes.
